The Accident

The snow was downpouring outside, it looked like white out conditions when we glanced out the window down to the streets. “The bands got into a car accident,” Mike said, looking up from his phone. Shahjehan Khan of The Kominas had texted all of us. “Just got into an accident… everyone is fine, subhanallah.”

We went to the window and tried to call back the band. They were fine, stuck somewhere in on a median in Wyoming. They would spend the night in the car. Inshallah, they’d drive to Utah in the morning when the show would let up.
